If you are unhappy with your purchase, or simply change your mind, please follow the guidelines below and we are happy to help you return your purchase.
- Still 100% new and in saleable condition
- In original packaging with all instruction manuals and accessories
- All sewn-in tags are still attached
- Are accompanied with a receipt from DaBrim.com as proof of purchase
Goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do can always be returned. Please return items clean. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase; we reserve the right to deny refunds to returns that do not have an acceptable proof of purchase. Please email us for an RMA number and then mail all returns with a short note describing why you are returning the product to:

Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend you ship your return with a carrier that can provide insurance and a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A refund for the purchase price of the item, less shipping and handling, gift wrap fees and any promotional discounts, will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-6 days of receipt in our warehouse.
